<p>Skalade ner alla moment:<br />
Svingarna körde jag med 20 Kg, power cleans 40 kg och box jumps ner till 50 Cm boxen. Flåsigt som bara den, tre övningar med stort fokus på höften kan inte vara annat än tokjobbigt!</p>

<p>Blev ett riktigt långt pass idag, lite CrossFit-inspirerat kanske fast med många moment istället för många reps. Utfallen var det helt klart tuffaste momentet och det kändes bra att prova på Close Pullups, det märks att det är armarna som är den svagaste länken i en pullup och inte ryggmusklerna.</p>
